 Nehmey Construction was established more than 10 years ago, but the firm’s president, John S. Nehmey, CR, has more than 30 years of experience in remodeling. John and Terry Dean have earned Certified Remodeler designation from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) indicating that each has met its criteria for experience, commitment to ethical conduct, and professionalism. John, company president, serves as the manager of project construction. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics and Business Management from Kent State University. His wife Diane coordinates office administration and the company’s marketing activities. Terry, the company’s lead carpenter and project manager, has attended Milwaukee Area Technical College and earned a certificate in Project Management from the International Training Institute. Randy Bliss, CLC, is a NARI Certified Lead Carpenter. As a hands-on field representative, Randy oversees all aspects of projects from subcontractor and personnel management to job safety and administration to ensuring customer satisfaction. These industry-specialist designations mean Nehmey Construction’s staff is experienced and ethical with skills and knowledge in all aspects of remodeling.
